TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT PLAN / MEMBERSHIP T&C'S

  1. Payment Plan:

    • Payment plan must be up to date and not in arrears to receive 10% off retail purchases (excluding inskinco range, giftpacks and promotional items).

  2. Retail Purchases:

    • Payments from your membership plan cannot be used towards retail purchases.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • Normal cancellation policy applies:

      • Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a deposit charge of $30.

      • Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the full treatment cost.

  4. Redemptions:

    • Membership services and perks can be redeemed only during business hours and by appointment, subject to availability.

    • All services must be redeemed within the membership period; unused services will not roll over if not utilized.

  5. Non-Transferable:

    • Memberships are non-transferable and intended for the use of the enrolled member only.

  6. Policy Updates:

    • Terms and conditions are subject to change. Updates will be communicated via email and reflected on our website.

  7. Refunds:

    • Membership payments are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

  1. Appointment Changes
    Changes to your appointment can be made up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, subject to availability.
     

  2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours
    Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 100% of the total cost of the booked treatment(s).
     

  3. No-Shows
    Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") will also be charged the full cost of the treatment(s) booked.
     

  4. Late Arrivals
    If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if your lateness impacts other clients, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. The full cost of the originally booked treatment will still apply.
     

  5. Booking Fees
    A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure appointments. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, this fee is forfeited.
     

  6. Refunds
    Refunds are not available for missed appointments or late cancellations.
     

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Skincare Product Purchases

  1. Unopened Products
    Exchanges for unopened products can be made within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
    Exchanges are subject to availability.
     

  2. Opened Products
    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
     

  3. Sale or Promotional Items
    Products purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
     

  4. Reactions or Results
    While we take every precaution to recommend suitable products, skincare results vary from person to person. Individual skin reactions or lack of desired results are not grounds for refunds or exchanges. If you experience an unexpected reaction, please contact us to discuss alternative solutions.
     

  5. Skin Treatments
    No Refunds. Refunds will not be provided for completed treatments. Skincare results are influenced by many factors, including individual skin type and adherence to aftercare instructions. While we aim for optimal results, we cannot guarantee outcomes and do not offer refunds on this basis.
     

  6. Treatment Packages
    Pre-paid treatment packages are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person at the salon's discretion.
     

  7. Promotional Services
    Services performed as part of special promotions or discounts are not eligible for refunds or adjustments.
     

  8. Dispute Resolution
    If you are unsatisfied with a product or service, please contact us directly at casey@instilbeauty.com.au. We value your feedback and will work with you to address your concerns where possible.
     

  9. Policy Agreement
    By purchasing a product or booking a treatment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this & above-mentioned policies.
